By utilizing these services, you agree to be bound by this Policy. Please read it carefully before making any purchase.
1. Verified Profile Registration:
a. Verified profile registration is a service provided by the App to enhance the credibility and visibility of professionals within the academic and research community.
b. Once the payment for verified profile registration is made, it is non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:- If we determine that you are ineligible for the verified profile status due to violation of our terms and conditions or fraudulent activities, a refund may be considered.- If there are technical issues or errors on our part that prevent the successful completion of the verified profile registration, you may be eligible for a refund upon providing evidence of the issue.
2. Advertisement Creation:
a. Advertisement creation is a service provided by the App to allow professionals to promote their research, events, or academic services.
b. Payments made for advertisement creation are non-refundable once the advertisement has been created and published, except in the following situations:- If we fail to deliver the advertisement as agreed upon or if there are technical issues that prevent the advertisement from being displayed, you may be eligible for a refund or an appropriate adjustment.- If the content of the advertisement violates our terms and conditions, ethical guidelines, or applicable laws, we reserve the right to remove the advertisement without a refund.
3. Refund Request Process:
a. To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within 24 hours from the date of the transaction, providing all relevant details and supporting documentation.
b. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our decision will be final.
c. If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Any associated fees or charges incurred during the refund process will be your responsibility.
4. Limitations:
a. We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or technical malfunctions.
b. This Policy applies only to verified profile registration and advertisement creation services provided by the App. Other services or products offered by third-party providers may have their own refund policies.
5. Changes to this Policy:
a. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on the App.
b. Your continued use of the services following any modifications to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
